Construction of a gym to the "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" school in the village of Chavdar, Chavdar Municipality

The current project is for the construction of a gym at the St. Cyril and St. Methodius School in the village of Chavdar . The main structure will be meta with walls and roof of thermal panels with a built-up area of ​​471,40 m2. Additional activities are Author's supervision, Construction supervision and Project management. The dimensions of the gym are 27.22m x 17.21m in plan and 9m in height. In situational terms, the volume of the salon is projected to be in the orthogonal system of the existing school. The long facades are north-south oriented, allowing maximum and uniform natural lighting from the north, suitable for sports halls. The functional height of the gym is 7.05m and the size of the inside football pitch is 25/15m. The two buildings will be connected by an opening through the main corridor of the school. This warm connection will play a major role in the functioning of the two buildings. The heating of the gym is via column air conditioners, the exterior units being installed on the southern facade. The ventilation of the lounge is natural through the windows on the facade. The implementation of the project will improve the overall standard of living of the population, support the development of children, adolescents and young people and create a living environment that is adequate for the current dynamic and competitive living environment. This will help to achieve the objective of the specific procedure, namely to promote social inclusion, poverty reduction and economic development in rural areas.
