Construction of indoor sports infrastructure in UPI II - 934, Belozem, Rakovski Municipality

The project envisages the construction of closed sports infrastructure in the following volume and content: Gymnasium in Geo Milev Secondary School, Belozem, total built up area of ​​900 m2, the same should contain at least the following premises: • 1 multipurpose sports hall suitable for basketball and volleyball training with capacity up to 200 people; • Audience platforms with a capacity of 114 seats, to be included incl. places for disadvantaged people and coaches; • 1 multipurpose hall for dancing and gymnastics, with a capacity of up to 50 people; • Changing rooms, sanitary facilities, incl. for disadvantaged people; • Teachers room; • Assisted storage facilities for appliances; The project also includes the purchase of equipment and furniture to ensure the achievement of the objectives of this project. The implementation of this project is aimed at the following target groups: - Local citizens; students and young people, people with disabilities. The population that will benefit directly from the investment is the inhabitants of Rakovski municipality. It should be borne in mind that the investment takes place on the territory of the village of Belozem, but the conduct of sports events also indirectly reflects on the inhabitants of the whole municipality. The implementation of the project will have a positive impact on adolescents and, in general, on the population of the municipality.
