"Construction, development and renovation of an area for wide public use - a park in the town of Dolni Dabnik"

The implementation of a project aims at: - ensuring daily rest of citizens and guests of the city in a central city area; - Improving the natural microclimate in the city center by expanding the green system and "shaping a leisure and cultural entertainment venue; - Designing a harmonious and healthy social environment by creating a planned and volumetric composition incorporated into the existing structure. The investment project "Construction, Renovation and Renovation of Area for Public Use - Park in Dolni Dabnik" includes the following main activities: • building a stage for musical and theatrical performances; • replacing existing floor coverings; • repair of an existing staircase and asphalt pavement; • the installation of playground equipment and park equipment; • planting of ornamental plant species and grassing. The project will be implemented on a municipal property with an area of ​​9 900 sq.m. The property is located in the central part of Dolni Dabnik, which is characterized by a great concentration of educational, cultural, administrative and residential buildings. Landscaping and landscaping as part of the city park, but with added and enriched functionality and opportunity for use is of particular importance to the citizens and guests of Dolni Dabnik in connection with the transformation of the central part of the city into a preferred place for recreation and entertainment. Improving the quality of the living environment by extending the green system is a prerequisite not only for improving the quality of life in the city but also for its social and economic development. The construction of a city park for recreation and entertainment will contribute to the development of the city center and will contribute to the implementation of some of the strategies and goals for a quality urban environment, according to the municipality's development plan.
