Construction and reconstruction of areas for wide public use in the town of Mizia, village of Sofronievo, village of Krushovitsa and village of Lipnitsa

The current project includes the construction of new park zones in the town of Mizia and the village of Sofronievo and the reconstruction of a part of the squares in the villages of Krushovitsa and Lipnitsa, afforestation and grassing, laying of flooring, delivery and installation of park and children's facilities, supply and installation of fountains, lighting. Constructions are located as follows:  In the town of Mizia-Regulated land IV, district 42; area 1144sq.m. It is located near the city center, on one of the main streets. Next to the building is a former railway station, no longer functioning as such, but preserved and repaired;  In the village of Sofronievo-Regulated land II, quarter 49; the area in which the intervention of the project is 880sq.m. and is located next to one of the main streets of the village, near a kindergarten and a fast food pavilion;  In the village of Krushovitsa-Regulated land I, neighborhood 22; the area in which the intervention of the project is 850sq.m. and is located in the southern part of the square, near the street regulation line;  In the village of Lipnitsa-UPI III, district 1; the area in which the project is 1190sq.m. and is located in the southeastern part of the square, close to the street regulation line from the south. In order to avoid any discrepancies between the administrative center and the three villages where the activities will be carried out, each of the sites envisages almost identical activities tailored to the respective terrain and the architectural environment. In this way, there will be no disproportion in territorial distribution. The implementation of the project includes the following supporting activities: construction and author supervision, investor control, information and publicity measures, project management and reporting.
