Renovation of a square in the town of Dimovo and a square in the village of Archar

The project proposal includes reconstruction of a square in the town of Dimovo with a total area of 3279 sq. m., as well as reconstruction of a square in the village of Archar with a total area of 1790,16 sq. m. The square reconstruction in Dimovo includes replacement of the square flooring with concrete blocks and curbs. It foresees reconstruction and lining of the green area boards at the site in front of the Culture centre. The existing playground in the square will be rebuilt with impact-absorbing floor and new facilities. A portable stage will be built and additional benches and bins installed. The square reconstruction in Archar includes replacement of the square pavement with concrete blocks and curbs. The existing playground in the square will be reconstructed with impact-absorbing floor and new facilities and a fence will be placed. A new gazebo will be placed in the green area; new benches will be placed in the square space. The lighting fixtures will be replaced. The project investment includes the envisaged construction and assembly works and preparatory activities necessary for the procedure application – consultancy services for project proposal elaboration and services for investment project elaboration. During the implementation of the project, the investments also include the costs of exercising construction supervision and exercising the designer’s control, as well as project management services. The project aims to improve the quality of life of the population in Dimovo and Archar by improving the physical aspects of the urban environment in these settlements – Improving the quality of the environment and comfort of living, expanding the recreational and ecological comfort in the sites covered by the project. The project implementation will contribute to the sustainable and balanced use of the target areas by 3 327 people – the population of Dimovo – 1071 people and the population of the village of Archar – 2 256 people.
