Construction and/or renovation of public areas in Brusartsi municipality

The main objective of the project is to improve the physical environment, the attractiveness of the town and the villages and the quality of life, optimizing the opportunities for social contacts and recreation. The project aims at ennoblement of municipal property located in the town of Brusartsi, the village of Vasilovtsi and the village of Kriva Bara. The sides for wide public use are located in the central parts of the three settlements. At present, these territories are in poor condition, spatial solutions are non-functional, the environment is not adapted for safe use by people with disabilities. The main activities envisaged under the project are: • Building areas for quiet and active recreation; • Children's playgrounds for children up to 3 years and children from 3 to 12 years old with basic games and activities - skating, swinging and climbing; • Construction of areas for short-term recreation, etc., including the installation of benches, gazebos and other elements of the park furnishing; • Construction of pedestrian alleys and playgrounds; • Provision of energy-saving lighting with solar panels; • Creating an accessible environment, including improving access for people with disabilities. The modern social environment must meet the ever-increasing requirements of the population and the business, while also being a factor for attracting tourists and investors. The realization of the activities will help to uncover the potential of small settlements with characteristic natural and cultural values and its use as a stimulator of economic development, higher attendance, and attractiveness.
