Reconstruction of park areas for wide public use, located in populated settlements of Berkovitsa Municipality

The project "Reconstruction of park areas for wide public use, located in populated settlements of Berkovitsa Municipality" aims at improvement of public infrastructure in both settlements - the city of Berkovitsa and the village of Zamfirovo, and includes a total of three building sites: - Improvement of park infrastructure, leading to attractions in "Zdravets" gardens, city of Berkovitsa, part II - Reconstruction and Landscape of square area - village of Zamfirovo, Berkovitsa municipality - reconstruction of areas for wide public use in plot number 03928.511.542 - city of Berkovitsa. Building and reconstruction works are included, as well as additional equipment in "Zdravets" gardens and city squares in Zamfirovo and in Central Berkovitsa, according to the Architectural Plan. The general aim is to achieve an improvement of living and recreation in rural areas and thus influencing the ability of areas to retain local population from migration, to attract tourists and guests, and push forward existing or starting business activities. As a secondary effect this leads to: development of labor market, opening new jobs, return of population, local budget incomes and additional goals as overcoming differences between city and rural areas in Bulgaria and making them equally attractive for business and living.
