MULTIFUNCTIONAL SPORTS AREA IN REGION I-SCHOOL, KV.77, PI 55021.501.997 UNDER THE COCKOR OF THE PAVEL BANYA

The project is Multifunctional sports ground in UPI 1-school, kv.77 PI with identifier 55021.501.997, Pavel Banya, Pavel Banya municipality, Stara Zagora District. area with identifier 55021.501.997 is - 31 223.00 kv m; Area of Multifunctional sports ground - 722.00 m2. The Multifunctional sports ground has a size of 19 and 38m, it is located in the northwest of the southeast, directly parallel to the existing yard in the courtyard of the school. It is enclosed with a fencing fence of metal structure with net (H 4m). The main approach to the site is from the northwest short side. The 19of 38 m light sports field is designed for the following sports: Mini football The dimensions of the playing field are 36.0m - 18.0m. Basketball Dimensions of the playing field are 27,10 m - 14,60 m. Volleyball The dimensions of the playing field are 18.00 m - 9.00m. The comparatively flat property of the schoolyard where the site is located is angular facing two intersecting streets from the west and north. The main approach to the property is from the northwest adjacent street between one of the school halls and the canteen. It is envisaged that the site will be fenced with an open-air fence. The project proposal complies with the legal and regulatory framework currently in force for the Republic of Bulgaria, namely: Spatial Development Act; Ordinance 4 of 1.07.2009 on the design, execution and maintenance of the constructions in accordance with the requirements for an accessible environment of the population, including for people with disabilities; Ordinance I-1971 of 29.10.2009 on construction and technical rules and norms for ensuring safety in case of fire; Ordinance 2 of 29 June 2004 for planning and designing the communication-transport systems of the urbanized territories; Ordinance 1 of 12 January 2009 on the conditions and order for the structure and safety of sports grounds.
