"Construction and equipment of a combined sports playground located in the park "Dimana Daneva" in the town of Harmanli"

The objective of project "Construction and equipping of a combined sports playground located in park "Dimana Daneva" in the town of Harmanli" is to increase the quality of life and create an optimal living environment in the Municipality of Harmanli, to create new urban spaces for sports and entertainment in the open, as a prerequisite for the sustainable development of society. The project envisages the construction of a combined sports playground for volleyball and basketball, construction of a pedestrian zone and places for spectators to create conditions for active sports activities of people of all ages. For this purpose, on public municipal property within the boundaries of park "Dimana Daneva" in the town of Harmanli, is planned implementation of construction and repair activities - for leveling of the soil surface, foundation laying and waterproofing and laying of acrylic three-layer flooring, provided for open-air sports grounds, as well as mounting basketball baskets, volleyball stands and spectator benches. As a result of the implementation of the project, the physical and living environment in Harmanli Municipality will be improved as a prerequisite for ensuring a sustainable, safe and ecological environment with higher quality of life and new opportunities for economic and social development. Through the implementation of the project will be created conditions for outdoor sports and entertainment, will be created a public space for volleyball and basketball competitions and will be improved the aesthetic appearance of the town of Harmanli. An accessible living environment will be created for people with disabilities. The actions envisaged correspond to the objectives set out in the 2014-2020 Rural Development Program and thus to the EU's strategic objectives. The project will implement construction supervision, author's supervision, information and publicity and consultancy services related to the project management.
