Reconstruction of the Cultural House, Valchi Dol town with implementation of energy efficiency measures

The project includes reconstruction on the roofs, facades and replacement of gutters and drainage pipes on the building of Cultural House, Valchi Dol town. Except for construction - assembly works, are predicted costs and for the following basic activities: consulting services, construction supervision, design and author supervision, doing a conformity assessment in design; indite an audit for energy efficiency and certification. After implementation of the objectives set, the expected results are improvement of: living conditions in Valchi Dol municipality; the access to public services, provided in municipal buildings; the improvement of energy efficiency of a municipal building, in which are provided public services by reconstruction of Cultural House, Valchi Dol town. The target groups are: the inhabitants of Valchi Dol town – 2962 people; the inhabitants of Valchi Dol municipality – 9597 people; tourists and guests of Valchi Dol town. The project objectives are described in section “Objective/s of the project proposal”. The realization of the project proposal will affect directly on the economic development and competitiveness of Valchi Dol municipality, because it will provide better access, environment and quality of the provided in the municipal building public services. The energy efficiency and the exploitation qualities of the Cultural House will be improved, which will increase the attractiveness of Valchi Dol town as a place to live. Other positive results are reducing the unemployment, which will improve the standard of life. This way the support will contribute to the limitation of disproportions in the territorial distribution of the population and depopulation of rural areas, part of which is Valchi Dol municipality.
