Reconstruction, repair and equipment in connection with the implementation of measures of Energy Efficiency of the site: Energy Efficiency, general reconstruction and Development of the adjacent space of the "Building of the Municipal Administration - Topolovgrad" in UPI VI, ar.74, Topolovgrad, Haskovo District.

The scope of the project includes activities for the implementation of energy efficiency measures of the site: "Energy efficiency, general reconstruction and development of the adjacent space of" Building of the Municipal Administration - Topolovgrad "in UPI VI, ar. 74, Topolovgrad, Haskovo " including: 1. Construction and equipment supply for energy saving measures, according to a building energy audit report: - ESM 1 –Replacement of a part of façade joinery with weak thermo technical characteristics of the site with a new one. - ESM 2 – Laying heat insulation from EPS over the external walls - ESM 3– Thermal insulation of roof. - ESM 4– Thermal insulation of floors - ESM 5 – Replacement of lights with LED. - ESM 6 – Replacement of old heating installations. - ESM 7 – Integration of high-efficiency ventilation with recuperation 2. Construction supervision during the construction works 3. Supervision of the execution of the construction works 4. Project management under this procedure.
