The project of the Municipality of Lyubimets for "Reconstruction, repair, equipment and / or furnishing of municipal buildings in the municipality of Lyubimets, where public services are provided in order to improve their energy efficiency", envisages the reconstruction and repair of 6 buildings - the building of the Lyubimets municipal administration, the town halls in the following municipalities - Dabovets, Georgi Dobrevo, Jerusalem, Vulche pole and Oryahovo. The technical projects envisage activities under Architecture, Part Heating and Ventilation, Part Electric and Part Water Supply. The construction and assembly works in all the buildings included in the project envisage installation of external insulation, replacement of joinery, plaster on the facade, roof repair with replacement of roof tiles and laying of thermal insulation and waterproofing, replacement of gutters, culverts and barbacamas, replacement of all exterior doors with aluminum with thermal insulation, replacement of all wooden doors with aluminum, making of new cement flooring, stitching of all walls and ceilings, painting of walls and ceilings with latex, construction of ramps, handles and toilets related to accessible environment for disadvantaged people, building a pellet heating installation and introducing energy-efficient lighting.
