The project proposal provides for the renovation and reconstruction of the municipal building in Kostenets in order to improve the energy efficiency of the administrative building. The project was prepared according to the envisaged energy saving measures from an energy audit report developed and the legal norms in force. The following types of activities are envisaged: thermal insulation of the external walls, the floor and the roof structure, replacement of the joinery, the heating installation and the lighting.
