"Implementing Measures for Increasing the Energy Efficiency of Buildings Providing Public Services - Owned by Simitli Municipality"

The project proposal envisages improvement of energy efficiency in the administrative building of the municipality in Simitli and the buildings of the mayoralties in the villages of Brezhani, Gradevo, Krupnik, Mechkul, Rakitna, Senokos and Sushitsa. The investment intention has been prepared according to the planned energy saving measures and the existing legal norms and provides for: - Thermal insulation of external walls; - Repair of the faulted walls and plinths; - Installation of thermal insulation from XPS; and laying a mosaic plaster on the thermal insulation system. - Thermal insulation of the roof; - Cleaning the roof space. Replacement of compromised elements of roof wooden structures; - Repair of chimneys, incl. replacement of the lining around the chimneys; - Implementation of a new drainage system on the roof - gutters and drainage pipes; - Replacement of unmodified window frames with five-chamber PVC joinery with double glazing; - Replacement of internal and external doors; - Delivery and installation of fire-resistant doors; - Supply and installation of electrical equipment and lighting fixtures
