This project proposal is aimed at improving the energy performance of municipal buildings where public services are provided. The project covers the introduction of energy efficiency measures for 4 municipal buildings - Town Halls, on the territory of the municipality of Byala Slatina. Until now, the buildings - subject to project's intervention, are in bad condition and do not meet the requirements for energy efficiency. Over the years, due to lack of financial resources and limited budget, there were not made repairs to the administrative buildings. The implementation of the project will allow repairs for the introduction of EE measures to create better conditions for the provision of administrative services and provide a comfortable environment for the citizens, guests and employees of the municipality of Byala Slatina. Target groups under the project are residents and guests of the 4 settlements, citizens using administrative services, as well as municipal officials as a whole. The expected results from the implementation of the project are: - improved energy efficiency of municipal buildings; - improved work environment for employees and visitors; - reduced costs for electricity and heat in buildings; - created conditions for the implementation of the municipal policy for increasing the energy efficiency of buildings of public importance; - Improved building performance - renovated architectural appearance.
