In the implementation of the project "Reconstruction and Implementation of Energy Efficiency Measures in a Municipal Public Service Building", Chiprovtsi, Chiprovtsi Municipality, the following will be carried out: • Reconstruction and introduction of energy efficiency measures in a municipal building for public services in the town of Chiprovtsi, Chiprovtsi, namely: - Repairs for introducing energy-saving measures - replacement of floorings, doors, windows, railings. All old interior doors and windows are replaced with new ones; - at elevation ± 0,00 the removal of the peeled paint on the walls is envisaged, the plastering of the plaster on the walls and the ceilings where necessary, the flooring is replaced with laminate flooring on cement mortar and thermal insulation of 10 cm mist wool. a new larger toilet equipped for disadvantaged people; - At +3.67 it is planned to remove the oil paint on the walls, to drain the plaster on the walls and ceilings where necessary, dismantle the old parquet flooring, apply a leveling cement mortar, thermal wool insulation, soft mat and laminate parquet. Replace the doors with new PVC and triple packet; - Repair at the boiler rooms is planned at elevation -3.36. An external metal evacuation ladder is planned. The exterior walls are made of ceramic hollow bricks with thermo-insulation of 12 cm silk wool with silicone plaster in color. Replacement of the compromised wooden ribs on the roof structure (up to 50%), new wooden planking, diffusion foil laying, grill and counter grill, new ceramic roofing, details and the thermal insulation of mineral wool applied on the suspended ceiling on the 2nd floor. Between the ribs of the roof structure is applied heat insulation of 5 cm mercury wadding. Plain linings are made around chimneys, chimney hats, chimneys and eaves are plastered. Replace gutters and drainage pipes.
