Reconstruction, Repair and Implementation of Energy Efficiency Measures in the Administrative Complex of the Municipal Administration - Gulyantsi, town of Gulyantsi, Gulyantsi Municipality, Pleven District

One of the main problems in Gulyantsi Mun. is the low level of energy efficiency and the fact that there are not yet gasified settlements in the municipality. Public and private buildings are heated mainly on solid fuel and electricity. The outside walls of the buildings subject to project intervention have up to 5 times higher heat losses compared to the new building standards. The baseline project is aimed at improving the quality of access to public services for the population living in the Gulyantsi Mun. The current project focuses on improving the building stock in Gulyantsi Mun. through the renovation of public buildings. By implementing measures in this target direction, the project will contribute to building good urban infrastructure; adaptation of buildings for disabled persons; enriching public buildings, thus creating the conditions for a better living in a more attractive urban environment. The object of the project are two buildings (Administrative Building and Customer Service Center), which constitute the administrative complex of Gulyantsi Mun. They are divided into two sub-units, but in view of the fact that they are located in a common property and are within the scope of the common visa are completed in a common documentation. This is also due to the fact that one of the aims of this project is to create a unified architectural appearance of the building ensemble. The objectives of the project are: 1. Introduction of energy efficiency measures. Reduce heating and cooling costs and reduce air emissions. 2. Achieving a healthy, safe and aesthetic environment for administrative service. 3. Creating a level playing field for disadvantaged people by introducing measures for a generally accessible environment. In addition to carrying out construction works, the project envisages: Supply of equipment/furniture; Implementation of author's and construction supervision, project management and preparation of "Detailed work design.
