Repair to improve the energy efficiency of the building of Municipal Administration - Koprivshtitsa

The public infrastructure provides the basic services and access to them to the population in the town of Koprivshtitsa and to the whole municipality. Sustainable socio-economic development of rural areas is inextricably linked with the existing infrastructure and quality of services for the rural population. Subject of the present project proposal is "Repair to improve the energy efficiency of the building of Municipal Administration-Koprivshtitsa" and aims to bring the premises of the building in accordance with the normative provisions of the Republic of Bulgaria for introducing energy efficiency measures. This will improve the working environment of the municipal employees and increase their motivation for work, which will lead to a better provision of services for the citizens. The project covers the following main activities: 1. Execution of the site construction works 2. Implementation of independent construction supervision during the execution of the site construction works 3. Carrying out the author's supervision during the execution of the construction works on the site 4. Preparation of a technical investment project for the site 5. Energy performance audits of the site 6. Preparation of the current project proposal 7. Project Management Given the fact that only the construction and installation works that improve the energy efficiency of the buildings are being financed in the present admission of proposals, we provide the entire investment project, and from the quantitative accounts we indicate for financing only those related to the improvement of the energy efficiency of the buildings building. In Annex 8 (Eligible Investments Table) we include the described parts of construction works: Architectural- energy saving measures; Construction- repair of the roof of a boiler room; Electrical- in part, energy-saving measures; Heating, ventilation and air conditioning- entirely; some of the types of costs are grouped together.
