The project will promote social inclusion in the municipality of Iskar, as well as to improve the living conditions, attractiveness and opportunities of the settlement that is the subject of this project proposal and of the municipality as a whole. The implementation of the project will lead to improvement of the economic development and prosperity of the settlements in the municipality by attracting investor interest, retaining the young and enterprising inhabitants of the municipality and interrupting the depopulation tendencies of the municipality. The project includes the creation of a renewed environment of social infrastructure and the introduction of energy efficiency measures in three administrative municipal buildings in the town of Iskar, Iskar as follows: - Administrative municipal building for the needs of municipal administration, located in UPI III - 689, in district 20, town of Iskar, Iskar municipality; - Administrative building for the needs of Domestic Social Patronage, located in UPI III - 1028, 1029,1030 in 67A, Iskar, Iskar municipality; - Administrative municipal building for the needs of municipal administration, located in Regulated plot XV - 1041, in 68, Iskar, Iskar municipality;
