Reconstruction and/or repairs of municipal buildings in which public survices are provided to improve their energy efficiency

The town of Sopot is a centuries-old historical spot. Its proximity to Stara planina turns it into an attractive tourist destination with excellent conditions for practicing extreme and other sports, as well as mountain and resort tourism. The project for energy efficiency of municipal buildings in which public services are provided includes: 1. The building of Sopot Municipality: - Replacing an oil fuel boiler running on petrol with a new biomass boiler (pellets), and the relevant equipment, as well as flushing the internal heating system; - Replacing the joinery with new 5-chamber PVC profiles with double glazing of internal low-emission “K-glass” and external sunscreen. Expected results of the implementation of the project: - Ensuring the necessary sanitary and hygienic standards for thermal comfort in accordance with the quality requirements for the habitable environment; - Optimizing energy expenses; - Environmental protection by reducing the harmful emissions in the atmosphere; - Increasing the energy efficiency class from „G“ to „D“. 2. Administrative building – Local Taxes: - Replacing the joinery with new 5-chamber PVC profiles with double glazing of internal low-emission “K-glass” and external sunscreen; - External insulation on exterior walls; - Roof repair and laying roof insulation. Expected results of the implementation of the project: - Reducing the heat transfer coefficient; - Balancing the infiltration of external cool air coefficient; - Environmental protection. 3. Building for public service activities – Anevo village - New: reinforced concrete floor constructure; concrete horizontal ceiling slab; wooden skeleton with tiles; 5-chamber PVC profiles joinery; - External insulation on floor, ceiling slab, roof and exterior walls. Expected results: - Environmental protection - Increasing the energy efficiency class from „G“ to „B“.
