Reconstruction, modernization and implementation of energy efficiency measures of a ritual house for sad rituals in Levski

This project proposal aim at reducing final energy consumption, achieving cost-effective operation and modernization of a public municipal property and achieving better quality of public services. The building is located in the territory of the cemetery park in Levski and is of a public nature. It is planned to be used by the municipal administration for offices and cabinets of Levski municipality employees responsible for the maintenance of the cemetery park, providing administrative services to citizens and performing sad rituals. The main administrative building, in which the municipal administration is located, has a smaller capacity and for this reason part of the municipal officials are accommodated in temporary, exported premises. The present project was developed on the basis of the necessity of changing the current conditions of provision of the above-mentioned public services in the municipality of Levski and is conditioned by the fact that for the better service of the citizens and the maintenance of the cemetery park it is good that the administration providing these services are housed in closeness. The target groups of the project are the municipal administration officials responsible for the maintenance of the cemetery park and the provision of administrative services and the citizens of Levski - in need of these services. The implementation of the project aims at increasing the energy efficiency of the public building and improving its condition, eliminating electricity losses and reducing emissions into the atmosphere. The main activity of the project is: Implementation of the reconstruction and modernization of a municipal administrative building designed to provide public services in order to increase its energy efficiency in accordance with paragraph 13.1.
