"Reconstruction, repair and implementation of Energy Efficiency measures in city hall buildings - Stalyska Mahala village, Zamfir village and Dolno Linevo village, Lom Municipality"

With the project proposal "Reconstruction, repair and implementation of measures for energy efficiency in the buildings of the mayoralties - Stalyska mahala village, Zamfir village and Dolno Linevo village, Lom municipality" will be implemented sanitation and implementation of measures for energy efficiency of municipal buildings, for public services in three settlements in the municipality of Lom. According to the energy audit carried out, it is envisaged: 1. IMPLEMENTATION OF EE MEASURES IN THE TOWN HALL STALIYSKA MAHALA"UPI II-304 in 45: External thermal insulation; replacement of external joinery; external doors intakes and independent ones are replaced with aluminum; above the attic is provided a layer of wool; replacement of el. installations and lighting fixtures; installation of air conditioners according to OIV calculations; partial repair of the roof by laying a waterproofing sheet on both the slope and the flat; 2. IMPLEMENTATION OF EE MEASURES IN THE TOWN HALL ZAMFIR UPI XI-339 in 31: External thermal insulation with EPC 10 cm with finishing layer of mineral plaster; replacement of external joinery; external doors intakes and independent ones are replaced with aluminum; above the attic is provided a layer of wool; replacement of el.installations and lighting fixtures; installation of air conditioners according to OIV calculations; partial repair of the roof by laying a waterproofing sheet; 3. IMPLEMENTATION OF EE MEASURES IN THE TOWN HALL DOLNO LINEVO UPI I-95 in district 32: External thermal insulation with EPC 10 cm with finishing layer of mineral plaster; Making plaster with min. plaster, mosaic type; replacement of external joinery; external entrance doors and independent ones are replaced with aluminum; above the attic is provided a layer of wool; replacement of el. installation and lighting fixtures; installation of air conditioners according to OIV calculations; partial repair of the roof by laying a waterproofing sheet on the wooden joint.
