The current project includes a set of activities leading to energy efficiency improvement of buildings, reduction of the final energy consumption and, indirectly, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The applicant has commissioned an energy audit in accordance with the funding program and its investment intentions. Ruen's investment plans include: Improvement of the state of the building stock of the municipal buildings in the villages of Bilka, Dobra poliana, Duskotna, Planinitsa, Razboina, Rupa, Ruzhitsa, Sini rid, Sokolets, Struya, Yasenovo, Skalak and Preobrajentsi in Ruen Municipality, by rehabilitation of the municipal buildings - exterior walls, floor and roof, replacement of window frames, replacement of heat sources, replacement of lighting. The renovated administrative buildings will lead to the creation of an optimal living environment for rural areas, environmental protection and development of the economy - the main objective under the procedure BG06RDNP001-7.008 - Energy efficiency "Reconstruction, repair, equipment and / or furnishing of municipal buildings, in which public services are provided to improve their energy efficiency "under sub-item 7.2. "Investments in Creating, Enhancing or Enhancing All Small Scale Infrastructure" of Measure 7 "Basic Services and Rural Renovation" of the RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 2014-2020
