The building consists of a half-buried basement level and three floors. In the basement there are premises that have been used for a kitchen for public service. Today the floor is uninhabited. Access to it is provided by the external staircase built on the south side of the building. Part of the walls and ceilings of the rooms are latex painted, others with faience tiles. At the top of the rooms there are windows with wooden window frames. On the first floor are offices and rooms, lounge and front office. All walls and ceilings are plastered and painted. The flooring in the cabinets is wooden, and in the foyers and corridors of marble slabs. The joinery is wooden and the front office and the guard are covered with PVC windows. From the west there is another entrance, where there are also rooms and offices. On the second and third floor of the building there are rooms that were used for cabinets, storage and toilet. There is an internal staircase with natural light. All rooms have plastered and painted walls and ceilings. The floorings are wooden and terracotta tiles. On both floors, the rooms are not used except one on the third floor where the mayor's office is located. On the second floor, in one of the rooms there is a change of joinery.
