Reconstruction, repair, equipment and/or furnishing of municipal buildings (town hall of Zamfirovo, town hall of Gaganitsa, Berkovitsa municipality), which provide public services in order to improve their energy efficiency

According to the climatic zoning of the Republic of Bulgaria under Regulation RD-16-1058 / 10.12.2009 on the energy consumption and energy performance indicators of the buildings, the villages of Gaganitza and Zamfirovo from Berkovitsa Municipality belong to Climatic Zone 4, which is characterized by the following climatic data: - Duration of the heating season - 185 days; beginning: 16th October, end: 23th April. - Heating days - 2800 at 19 degrees average temperature in the building. - Calculation outside temperature: -17 degrees. Town Hall buildings in these villages play an important role in energy efficiency - they are consumers of 40% of the energy consumed, of which 75% is for heating and cooling and only 25% for hot water, electricity and appliances. The implementation of the project will improve the overall vision and operation of the two buildings as well as the quality of the working environment for the employees and visitors of the two villages. The budgetary resources with which the Berkovitsa municipality operates, as well as those envisaged for capital expenditures, are insufficient for the realization of projects of a similar nature. This is also the main obstacle to municipal management to implement investment projects to achieve maximum energy efficiency in the municipality. Therefore, it has pledged to carry out these activities step by step, giving priority to basic sites for the settlements, with the help of various European programs. The buildings that are the subject of this project are undoubtedly some of them. This project proposal is a concrete step towards resolving the above-mentioned problem.
