"Reconstruction and renovation of municipal buildings providing public services in order to improve their energy efficiency in the villages of Relyovo, Dolni okol, Shipochane, Gorni Okol and Gutsal of Samokov municipality"

The current project includes a set of activities leading to energy efficiency improvement of buildings, reduction of the final energy consumption and, indirectly, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The applicant has commissioned an energy audit in accordance with the funding program and its investment intentions. The investment intentions of Samokov municipality include: Improvement of the state of the building stock of the municipal buildings in the villages of Relyovo, Dolni okril, Shipochane, Gorni guts and Gutsal in the municipality by rehabilitation of the municipal buildings - thermal insulation of the outer walls, floor and roof, replacement of the joinery, replacement of the heat sources, lighting. Improving the microclimate and the environment in the municipal buildings will directly affect the applicant's staff by increasing their capacity due to the improved working conditions. The project is extremely important for realization not only for the Municipality of Samokov, but also in general for improving the state of the local economy.
