Reconstruction, restoration and improvement of the adjacent space and vertical planning of Bilinski Monastery "St. Archangel Michael", in PI 053031, on the land of the village of Yaroslavtsi, Breznik municipality, Pernik district

With this project proposal it is applied for carrying out activities for major repairs, reconstruction, restoration and improvement of the adjacent space and vertical planning of Bilinski Monastery "St. Archangel Michael", in PI 053031, in the village of Yaroslavtsi, Breznik municipality, district Gingerbread. 1. Conservation and restoration works on the nursery: The building is restored according to the sample of the original provided graphic and photo material from RIM Pernik. A monolithic structure of reinforced concrete skeleton and brick walls is made. It is thermally insulated with expanded polystyrene. The joinery is made of wooden profile with double glazing according to the sample of the original. The facade is plastered with white plaster and wooden trusses are installed as the original visible from the photo material provided to us by RIM Pernik. The ceilings are lined with beams and a net so that nothing can be seen from the concrete structure. The roof structure is a wooden step on a reinforced concrete slab. A double grille of slats and vapor barrier foil is placed on the wooden cladding. The roof covering is with single-arch tiles of Adriaumbra type. The roof contour repeats the original one. The interior is located on the first floor: dining room, pantry, staff room, storage rooms, boiler room and bathroom with accessible environment. Second floor: a dwelling containing two monastic cells with private bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a dining room, a laundry room, as well as three more monastic cells with their own bathrooms. The veranda is in two parts and has access via a single wooden ladder. 2. Vertical planning with a fence: The project envisages the improvement of the yard around the building. The stone masonry of the fence is restored to its original place with a height of 210 cm, reinforced with a reinforced concrete belt and covered with single-arched tiles.
