With this project proposal is applied for the implementation of activities for reconstruction, overhaul, restoration and furnishing and improvement of the adjacent parts of the site - Monastery "St. Prophet Elijah" in PI 0.137, Chepino, EKATTE 80385, municipality. Kovachevtsi ”- first stage. The activity envisages the implementation of all construction and repair activities set in the investment project, developed in the "Technical" phase and in accordance with Bulgarian legislation and the Cultural Heritage Act. The greatest importance for the integrity of the church is the planned strengthening of the foundations of the church and the drainage system around the church, which will prevent the further penetration of moisture into the walls and floor of the church. The activity should start with the removal of parasitic vegetation in the foundations of the church, according to the Technology section. After laying a drainage system (in detail) the current running level in the church will be preserved, and around it will be pavement, which will act as an insulating edging around the walls - so that the walls do not reach moisture and parasitic vegetation. In order to show the architectural value of the building, it should be restored to the original appearance of the facades. All compromised plasters are removed according to the "Technology" section. In places where the facades have not been plastered, interventions with cement should also be removed, according to part "Technology" The following construction and installation works are envisaged for the first stage (1. ): 1. Roof repair - The roof covering and the waterproofing layer will be completely restored 2. Repair of walls and stone steps 3. Joinery and doors and wooden elements 4. Improving the adjacent space and building a solid fence with metal panels made of wrought iron on a steel base
