Overhaul, reconstruction, restoration and improvement of the adjacent space and vertical planning of Velinovski Monastery St. Mary's Monastery Velinovo, Tran Municipality, Pernik Region

The first stage of reconstruction of velingo monastery subject to this investment project will be the following buildings: CHURCH - CONSERVATION AND RESTORATION WORKS The church building is strengthened by a constructive project. The facades are cleaned and the stonework is refurged. The inner plaster in the wasp is removed and fugied on a technological project. The frescoes in the apse are strengthened, and the walls are treated from the outside and inside according to a recipe of a technologist and are preserved in their current form. The brick cornice is rearranged, strengthened and restored at the direction of a technologist. The façade of the creation is painted and painted white on the recipe of a technologist. MAGERNITSA - CONSERVATION AND RESTORATION WORKS Clean and resusable existing stone structures. The stone bases are consolidated with a strengthening solution. The building is restored according to the model of the original. A monolithic structure of reinforced concrete skeleton and brick walls is performed, thermally insulated. The joinery is executed from a wooden profile with glazing according to the model of the original. Repair of the roof and façade. In the interior is separated on the first floor: dining room, kitchen and bathroom with provided accessible environment, second floor: monastic rooms - 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room with kitchen and dining area. VERTICAL PLANNING WITH FENCE. The project involves the development of the yard space. A scheme for installation and details of the elements of the environment – luminaires, benches, bins, signs, etc. is proposed. The vertical planning provides for a decrease in the terrain around the church by about 1m. to the level at which it was originally suitable landscaping with the preservation of woody vegetation. Providing an accessible environment for disadvantaged people by building ramps.
