Repairs, restoration, improvement of the surrounding space and vertical planning of Iskret's Monastery "Assumption" Sanatorium area, Iskrets village, municipality of Svoge

The overall objective of the project is improving the quality of life and preserving the cultural identity and traditions in rural areas. The specific objectives of the project are: 1) Preservation of the cultural and historical heritage in the rural areas 2) Increasing the social effect for the local population 3) Strengthening the economic benefits for the rural area by promoting the activity of the monastery The needs that will be met are the need for repairs, restoration, improvement of the surrounding space and vertical planning of Iskret's Monastery "Assumption", Iskrets village, as well as improvement of the socio-economic condition and quality of life in the region. The target groups to which the project is aimed are two: 1 ) The local population of the municipality and the neighboring municipalities and 2) Bulgarian and foreign tourists who visit the village as part of tourist tours or for the purposes of religious tourism. The main activities of the project are: 1) Recovery of Monastery "Assumption", Iskrets village, 2) Restoration of Monastery "Assumption", Iskrets village, 3) Repair or reconstruction of Monastery "Assumption", Iskrets village, 4) Vertical planning and improvement of the surrounding space of Monastery "Assumption", Iskrets village, The expected results of the project are an increase in the quality of life and preservation of the cultural identity and traditions in the rural areas.
