With the present investment, DIP BOGDAN Ltd applied for building an edifice to an existing pellet manufacturing plant by building an extraordinary pre-drying of wood particles and purchasing of technological equipment. In the new outbuilding there will be placed a drying oven for raw material drying as well as accompanying technological equipment to it. The pre-dried prefabricated prefabrication extension is envisaged as a one-storey building with different height according to the technological requirements. The construction will be wooden, the surrounding walls are made of dyed concrete, wooden cladding on both sides and glazing with wooden window frames. The new outbuilding will have a total built-up area of ​​385 sq.m. Accordingly, the following investment equipment is intended for the purchase of the following technological equipment for the dryer, which is equipped with the following machines and equipment: - Air heater, - Air duct 20 ° C - Air blower, - 180 °, - Flue gas fan HP, - Diffusion 550 ° C, - Diffusion 550 ° C, - Fuel Tube - Boiler PK-1.5 with Q = 960kW, with combustion device - Staircases and service platforms, - Fuel air duct, - Fuel air fan, - Fuel air calorifier, - Pump unit with fitting, - Diffusion 1, - Cyclone battery, - Diffusion 2, - Flue gas fan PK-1.5 - Steel stack, - Smoke 3, - Sloped conveyor for chips, - Power supply with sieve, - Humid chips bin, - Drum dryer, - Discharge cyclone SC-1800, - Diffusion 4, - Flue gas fan, - Hammer Mill, - Pipette for ground dried chips, - Hole filter with sluice feeder, - Air duct filter bag, - Fan filter bag. The new machines and the technological equipment will be located in the newly built outbuilding to the existing production building.
