Purchase of specialized equipment for primary processing of wood and replacement of machines in an existing pellet line.

This project involves the purchase of new machinery and equipment for primary wood processing and for the production of pellets, which will help improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. Besides improving the economic efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise, it is envisaged to preserve the jobs with the realization of the current project. The main part of the investment involves the purchase of machines for the production of wooden stakes, which will be a new product for the company. Wooden stakes are being used in different areas of public life and economy - in construction, horticulture, etc. The other part of the investment concerns the replacement of machines from an existing pellet line at a workshop in Smolyan, owned by Eco Forest Group EOOD. The new machines will increase the productivity of the pellet line and, at the same time, increase the production of wood pellets. In addition to increasing productivity, the new machines are characterized by significant energy-saving features, which will also deliver cost-effectiveness that directly influences the formation of the cost of production.
