Construction of a workshop for production of pellets from wood raw material in the town of Primorsko

With this project, the applicant plans to build a workshop for the production of wood pellets. The investment envisages activities for construction of a production warehouse for the production of pellets in Reg. I / 4083 according to the plan of the Municipality of Shokaka, PI 58356.4.856 according to the Criminal Code of the town of Primorsko, as well as the purchase of the necessary machinery and equipment for the production as follows: - - -   - Construction works - new production / storage area with total built-up area: 841.51 sq. M. And service building with total built-up area: 62.5 sq. M. (Glued to each other) - total built-up area: 904 sq.  - supply of a line for the production of wood pellets with a capacity of 1 ton per hour With the investment, the company will create 25 new jobs.
