The project proposal relates to the construction and technological equipment of a wood pelleting plant in the town of Gurkovo, Gurkovo. The pellet workshop will produce fuel pellets, mainly for domestic and foreign markets. It is envisaged that the capacity of the pellet workshop will be within 600 kg / h of finished production. The technology allows the production of coniferous, deciduous and mixed pellets depending on inputs and additives. The company will work 220 days a year (planned and 20 working days per year - equipment and machinery prophylaxis) and will produce 9.6 tons of pellets per day under a two-shift operation. - necessary raw material for production of 1 ton pellets: 3,5 cubic meters. round coniferous wood; - produced output per year under a two-shift working regime: 2112 tonnes / year; - required raw material for annual production: 7392 cubic meters of wood.
