The factory was built between 2015 and 2016 on a regulated land plot with an area of ​​4,777 sq. At present, the main building works of the new factory are completed and use permit (Act 16) is issued. The current project includes the completion of the finishing works on the newly built factory, which are not currently executed, the construction of an openwork fence around the factory and the purchase of technological equipment for wood processing, which will be located in the newly built pellet mill.
