The project proposal foresees construction of four automatic observing stations - fire-observing towers, which will be a metal construction with a height allowing the detection of fires at a distance of at least 9 km. A protective fence with a minimum height of 2 meters is planned around the fire-observing towers. There is a transport access to the fire-observing towers. A locator station consisting of integrated thermal and spectral/optical video cameras of an automatic electromechanical rotating module will be installed on each of the towers, which will provide a complete ride within ten minutes. Independence of the installed equipment from the power grid will be ensured, where possible power supply from the grid will be provided. Each of the automatic observing stations will operate independently - if one of the stations in the system fails, the rest will continue to perform their functions. A communication center will be built, representing a complex of specialized hardware, software, visualization and telecommunication tools for remote monitoring and control of the guarded territory. Data from the four automatic observation stations will be transmitted to the communications center. Due to the remoteness of both automatic observing stations from the communication center, it is envisaged to mount a repeater station at a suitable location for transmitting the signal from the automatic observing stations to the communication center.
