The Municipality of Kresna applies for the grant budget according to the procedure for candidates: Simitli Municipality, Kresna Municipality and Southwestern State Enterprise with a project proposal that includes investments entirely on the territory of the municipality. The current project includes the creation, improvement and maintenance of fire-fighting infrastructure - forestry barriers and mineralized streams, overhaul of 40 057 sq. M. forest roads with a length of 9980 m and the construction of 100 m3 of water source for fire fighting. The activities of the project are laid down in the plan for the forest fire protection activities of the municipality.
