Establishment and sustainable development of a producers’ group

The association allows contracting higher purchase prices for milk and lower purchase prices of goods and services needed for the production process. This is why several farmers are united in a group of growers. The main activity of the group will be to support farmers, to assist in building short supply chains, to provide accounting services, legal consultations, to prepare agreements and contracts, to assist and present the group and members to state and municipal administrations, to mediate the sale of the raw milk produced by the members of the group and to negotiate better pricing conditions, to negotiate supplies of goods and services for the production process, to organize trainings and international exchanges, etc. For the provision of all these services will be hired the appropriate specialists, who will sit in an office with the necessary technical and inventory equipment and if needed, a rented car. In the years will be attracted new members and increased the number of animals owned.
