Producer organization "United farmers Dimovo"

The project proposal consists in developing the established organization of producers "United farmers Dimovo". Through the implementation of the project will be ensured the joint activity between the individual members of the organization; there will be a headquarters of the organization where regular meetings will be held to exchange experience or simply align the current situation on the market and work activities. Exchange of experience within the organization of regular meetings is valuable for gaining better market insight from any member of the organization. This will contribute to the greater competitiveness and the preservation of adequate market prices for wholesalers. Another major activity of the project is the development of the concept of centralization of sales and joint marketing of goods, which will also help competitiveness, optimize costs and prevent attempts by non-market buyers to sell prices. Sharing experiences with agro-technological events will help improve the quality of production and deliver products that meet all European standards. Methods will be sought for ever closer cooperation between the members of the organization and exploration of opportunities to consolidate the activity as single bases, common logistics centers, optimization of packing, etc. Regular meetings are planned to exchange experience with the Romanian producer organization Agrocareal Solvent OOD. The exchange of experience with equivalent foreign organizations is extremely valuable, as OZ Dimovo will be able to gain direct experience of good practices in other countries and implement them on their own farms.
