Eight dairy farmers join together to transfer non-production activities to the producers’ group, such as: accounting, legal and other consultations, realization of exchanges with other groups / producer organizations, incl. with such outside Bulgaria, drafting agreements and contracts, mediation in the sale of milk produced by the members, general negotiation of necessary goods and services, organization of trainings and international exchanges, etc. For this purpose, during the years of BP implementation is envisaged the creation and equipment of an office, hiring of specialists and, if necessary, a car. Another direction in which the group will develop is to increase the number of animals and the milking from an animal in order to achieve a higher market share and better price conditions.
