The income of farmers who are engaged in raising livestock for meat are volatile and unstable. This is largely due to a lack of competitive demand and limited exports. A real way out of the situation is the association and, in particular, the opportunities offered by measure 9. The goals of the farmers are to increase the number of animals owned by their own breeding activity and to attract new members with meat animals. On the other hand, the producers’ group will assume all non-production activities, namely the establishment of short supply chains and the provision of services to members such as: accounting services, consultancy, drafting of agreements and contracts, assistance to members in contacts with state and municipal administrations, mediation in the negotiation and sale of animals and meat, organization of trainings, international exchanges, etc. For all these services will be hired the appropriate staff of the organization, set up in an office with the necessary equipment, and rented cars if necessary.
