Establishment and development of producers’ group NIKI 2017 OOD

Farmers who are engaged in raising livestock for meat face many challenges and crisis moments. Low purchase prices, lack of markets, unfair competition and lack of association are part of these. The centralized processing of information and the shared solution of common problems is the main benefit that motivates several meat producers to unite in a producers’ group. The association will allow for higher purchase prices for meat and lower costs. During the implementation of the BP, the group will develop by increasing the number of animals and improving the quality of the meat of the current members, as well as attracting new members, proved with their correctness and professionalism. The main focus of the producers’ group will be to take over all activities that are irrelevant to the agricultural activities of its members, namely the establishment of short supply chains and the creation of a centralized administration center consisting of the following services: accounting services incl. operational and annual reporting, legal consultations, drafting of agreements and contracts, assistance and presentation of the group and the members before state and municipal administrations, organization and mediation in the sale of animals and meat, management of contract processes and deliveries of goods and services for the production process, organization of trainings, international exchanges, etc. For the provision of all these services will be hired the appropriate specialists who will be located in an office with the necessary technical and inventory equipment, and rented cars if necessary.
