"MONOLIT 22" Ltd. is a company that has a valid fishing permit according to the Law on Fisheries and Aquaculture and a right to acquire fish and other aquatic resources. The company makes small-scale catches. The investments provided in the project proposal will contribute to increasing the added value and quality of the fish caught, thus improving the marketing and direct sale of their own catches. The goal is a higher value added for the company. With the purchase of furniture and equipment for the restaurant, the company will increase the cost of its production, will increase its revenue.It will become more competitive and more sustainable on the market. The investment will contribute to the diversification of the income from fishing activities of MONOLIT 22 EOOD through the development of a complementary activity such as restaurants. The present project proposal envisages the equipment of a multifunctional fish restaurant with 80 seats, 20 seats in a confectionery and working space.Seven workers will be appointed to receive support training on specific health risks related to the specific workplace and the methods and means of limiting and preventing them. The restaurant will work all year round, guaranteeing sustainable employment on the labor market. All project activities will be realized in the building of the company at Metropolitan Clement 14, Pomorie.
