Rehabilitation / reconstruction and modernization of the fishing port of North Buna - Nessebar

The project proposal "Rehabilitation / reconstruction and modernization of the fishing port of North Buna - Nessebar" envisages the optimization of the capacity of the existing port by improving the conditions for catching, unloading and first sale of fish. The investment will create protected marine areas for safe mooring of fishing boats and ships, and thus will satisfy their need for providing adequate conditions for fishing activities. In the first phase of the project, the reconstruction and modernization of the existing aqua-park and of the buena-pristan facility will be carried out, including the restoration of pavements and the construction of external engineering networks. Through the second phase of the project, the construction of a new protective breakwater with a dock of steel bridges with a total length of 74 meters for the protection of the adjacent aquarium of the fishing port, as well as internal floating docks of fishing boats built by floating pontoons of the "Breakwater" type, equipped with distribution points for electricity, water and lighting, which will increase the useful length of the quay front of the fishing port. The operation of the existing port will be seriously optimized by building a multifunctional moveable site with a first sale fish market consisting of a group of removable sites and L-shaped crane for easy unloading of catches, as follows: - removable object with an area of 15 sq. m., designed to control the catch; - removable object with an area of 15 sq. m., with purpose - office of the port director; - movable object with an area of 15 sq. m., with purpose - domestic premises for men and women; - removable object with an area of 15 sq. m., with purpose - refrigerated chilled fish; - removable object with an area of 15 sq. m., with purpose - refrigeration chamber, ice flake generator, storage warehouse and inventory; - booths for first sale of fish with sun protection gear to them, with area of 30 square meters;
