'Agamemnon 1' Ltd. owns and operates a fish farm, located in the village of Benkovski, Mirkovo Municipality. The farm has been designed for growing species in the scope of cold-water fish - fish of the family of the Trout and the Sturgeon. On the farm is also produced fishing fry for rearing fish. Currently the company cultivates and sells farmed fish (rainbow trout and sturgeon) when it reaches the size of consumption. Fishing fry is also sold at the farm. In order for the farm to be competitive to other fish farms in the area and not to suffer financial losses, it will require modernization of the reproductive and the manufacturing process as the most urgent investment shall be as follows: providing aerators (oxygen bearers) on available pools, in which fish are grown; reducing the value of the final product by reducing energy costs; improve production performance (quality of) production of the fish-pond and improve operating conditions in order to retain the number of workers on the farm and their gradual increase. The project provides for the purchase of 10 units of aerators to provide oxygen in the ponds, commissioning of the fish put into production within two months and providing energy savings of 11.08%. This investment will contribute to improving the environmental components, as the expected reduction of the levels of CO2 in the production process shall be 7.97 tons on an annual basis. The project also shall provide for the purchase of a set of special clothing and personal protective equipment for the four workers, employed at the farm and their permanent keeping as employed on the site and with the company.
