In the last two years the company worked hard in the area of nourishing different kinds of fish – sturgeon and carp. With the experience of the last years that the company gained in fulfilling projects with European funds and the difficulties it overcame, the team of specialists in the company got to the conclusion that if we are to continue the successful development and nourishing of fish, it is necessary to improve the fish growing conditions, especially during the summer. There is no uninterrupted water-flow in the pond that we use, especially there is no fresh and clean water-flow in the basin, which to regulate and improve the living conditions of fish. While discussing the situation, the managers of the company took a decision that is necessary to invest and buy 48 pieces of aerators, that will help importing and concentrating water with oxygen. The aerators are divided into two kinds – 24 pieces of impeller aerators with installed power 3kW and 24 pieces of paddlewheel aerators with installed power 1.5 kW. This project includes: an investment in 48 pieces of aerators - 24 pieces of impeller aerators and 24 pieces of paddlewheel aerators, which will help importing and concentrating water with oxygen; a hatchery system of two hatchery devices type McDonalds, that will help the reproductive-production activities, which will give us independence in this market; an investment in buying 8 pieces of nets for the cages and over 1% of the investment will be used for improving the safety, hygiene, health and work conditions for employees.
