The project aims to increase competitiveness and vital ability of Aqua Land BVB Ltd., including improving safety and working conditions, with the result that will modernize the aquaculture sector and improve working conditions and safety for workers in the enterprise.Investing in human capital is crucial for increasing the competitiveness of activities related to aquaculture.The successful implementation of the project will allow for the modernization of existing aquaculture sector without leading to an increase in capacity.The main project activity is focused on the delivery, installation and commissioning of a new, modern, energy saving equipment with high quality, conforming to European standards and requirements. The main project activity is focused on the delivery, installation and commissioning of a new, modern, energy saving equipment with high quality, conforming to European standards and requirements.It is envisaged that the project be purchased: craft service boat; purchased equipment which will introduce new, better fishing techniques, which would reduce the impact of fishing activities;purchased and placed subject to retail sales of own produced products from aquaculture; buying a generator, water pump, pulling equipment - tractor trailer and purchased personal protective equipment and special clothing for workers in the farm.
