"Modernization of the existing holding company Plamagro Ltd”

The investment plan of the company PLAMAGRO LTD is a project to carry out repair and restoration works and building a cage fishery installation, commissioning, and certification of an OHSAS system 18001, in order to make the dam lake Bozhorovets suitable for aquaculture growing.The dam is a public municipal property belonging to the municipality of Yakimovo in the county of Montana town and it is located in the village of Dalgodeltsi (EKATTE 24551) and the village of Dolno Tserovene and the company has been granted concession rights on it for a period of 15 years. PLAMAGRO, acting as a concessionaire, plans to use of the dam lake as a site for growing of aquacultures, which involves carrying out extensive fish farming across the whole water area of the lake covering a total area of 116 acres and to build for cage culture fishery installation of floating net cages for intensive fish farming over an area of the lake of 14 acres. The technological project covers all stages of the production process and the major industrial and technological parameters of production and it complies with the requirements of Regulation 18. The main activities under this Project include the construction and installation works. PLAMAGRO Plans the introduction of OHSAS 18001 standard that defines the requirements for the management system of health and safety at work in the enterprise.The Project provides measures to achieve energy efficiency and useful model protected by a patent.
