Reconstruction, modernization and expansion of production capacity of specialized full-system farm, for artificial spawning and cultivation of commercial and endangered fish species.

"Erim Fish" SA is an independent company, small enterprise, founded in 2014, registered under commercial law, with main activity "PRODUCTION AND TRADE WITH FISH, AQUACULTURE, OFFSPRING AND CAVIAR ...". Managers of the company with the right to represent together and separately are Anton Milkov Tsvetkov and Lachezar Bogdanov Grozdev. The company owns full system farm in the village of Joakim Gruevo, Stamboliyski Municipality, which currently produces fry of sturgeon and trout species and cultivates rainbow trout to consumable size. In addition, the company owns sturgeon flocks with different age structure (between 4 and 6.5 years), which are grown for the purpose of production of black caviar. With this project, the company will make investments to increase the production capacity of existing hatchery; will build new basins/tanks, will implemented oxygenation; will purchase equipment to ensure production; will build Renewable Energy source, according to the energy needs of the farm; will purchase equipment to improve working conditions and safety of employees. These investments will improve the production capacity of the farm while ensuring low production costs. Construction of new basins/tanks will allow to fully utilize the available space in the plot, which is owned by the applicant, therefore will increase times more the opportunities for hatching of fertilized eggs, growing consumptive fish, and maintenance of sturgeon flocks to the stage of obtaining black caviar. With the implementation of planned activities and deployment of renewable energy will ensure positive cash flows that define the project as extremely profitable, with a balance between long-term production of black caviar and medium term liquidity growing of consumable trout and sale of fry.
