Expanding, modernizing and increasing the energy efficiency of an existing fishing farm and improving the working conditions of its employees

The site - a trout for the trout of the candidate "Agrotechim" EOOD, is located in the village of Beden, Devin Municipality and consists of pools and hatchery, located in property № 126016. The trout farm is full-scale, designed for the production of a fertilizer Material and fish for consumption in the seventies. A superstructure will be built over the already existing hatchery, which will include the following premises: warehouses, laboratory, residential premises for staff. A photovoltaic installation of up to 30 kWh will be built on the roof space, which will be used entirely for the needs of the farm. No change in the quantity of the fish produced, i.e. Will be produced up to 15t. Fish / year. The freshly caught fish will be transported to the entrance and will be transported to the inside of the container and taken to the workroom. The fish caught will not be cut, processed or treated in any way other than washing and packing. There is a separate room for packaging materials where they are stored in transport packaging. By purchasing the equipment provided for in the project proposal for the packing of freshly caught and uncleaned fish, the value of the production produced by the fish farm will be added. Some of the fish produced on the farm will be packaged (uncleaned) and will therefore be realized at a higher price. Packaged fish is convenient for transportation, protected from external influences and dirt, which in turn increases the quality of production. There is room for storing detergents and disinfectants. Workers are provided with changing rooms with wardrobes for personal and working clothes, showers, bathrooms with a rest room and a hygienic lock at the entrance to the workroom. The existing 5 (five) work places will be retained and an increase in staff is foreseen with the opening of 2 (two) new work places.
